How? - Your online form submission will tell us all we need to know to arrive with our full kit, ready to wow you!
What? - All we need is a chair, table and outlet. We supply the rest.
When? - You choose. See, we’re not a salon. So we prioritize your schedule, just like a celeb treatment.
Prep? - Clean, dry hair and skin is a must. No need to tidy up the place. Just kick back with a cup of tea in your robe, and wait for your styling team to arrive at your doorstep. Easy, peasy!
Tip? - We include a tip in our invoicing, at a rate that you choose. We take care of evenly dispersing your gratuity, so don’t worry about cash.
Pets? - We love ‘em! But if your pet is especially curious and playful, we prefer they be contained in another room.
Unhappy? - We’re here for you. If you feel your stylists didn’t wow you, email us. We want to hear about your experience to make things right.
Payments? - All online, in one card transaction. We do not offer an option to take multiple payments. But with so many money sending apps and options, it’s never been easier to have those in your party contribute toward their services, at your descretion.
Contact? - Our staff is available to chat on the phone, if that is your preference (office hours in contact section). If you have a booking with us, you’ll be given our manager’s cell number in case you need to reach us right away. Our preference is email, if it’s not a time-sensitive question.
Products? - We work with the best salon quality tools and supplies, and continually use new, highly rated brands as well. Some popular brands that are our favorites include Redken, Kerastasse, Kenra, Urban Decay, Makeup Forever, MAC cosmetics, etc. Our Airbrush upgrade offers a hypoallergenic option for those with sensitive skin.
