About Us
STG Beauty is a minority, woman owned and local small business.
Our team of mobile beauty professionals started with a vision to support local beauty entrepreneurs looking to fill available openings.
Established in 2006, STG Beauty started out as Stylist To Go. Foundress Amy Rojas started the business as a means to fulfill her hairstylist apprenticeship requirements by taking clients to strengthen her experience before working on salon clients at a local, privately owned salon in the Tysons Corner, VA area.
Her demand grew shortly thereafter, and she started to recruit stylists looking to grow in hairstyling experience. Amy quickly realized that with growing requests for bridal work, she needed to expand to offer makeup services.
In 2013 Amy started offering professional makeup services with the help of mobile entrepreneurs needing clients. The match was perfect, and bookings thrived once STG offered package deals.
In the bridal market, lash extensions became very popular with little expertise in the area. Amy decided to expand her skillset into the lash industry in 2016 and flourished with an eye for detailed and quality work. Within a year, she became a 2 state certified instructor with NovaLash, known as the leading, physician based lashing technique worldwide!
Amy now manages STG Beauty and STG Lash Studio from Baltimore MD, occasionally taking a handful of hair & lash clients. Her team has grown through the years and continues to grow with a verifiable vetting process for new recruits.
Her team is truly a group of passionate, friendly and super talented individuals that take their craft seriously with continuing education.
